We used Weber’s Party Rentals for a few needed items for my parents wedding anniversary party. The entire process was great - Steven was friendly, communicative and easy to work with when we needed to add additional items after our initial order. The pick up/drop off process was also a breeze - made it so easy for us, and one less thing to stress about while party planning. I’m using my husband’s account, but I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Weber’s Party Rentals I had a last-minute gathering and was able to browse their website, where I could easily see all of the rental options. The prices were very reasonable, and the checkout process was quick and simple. They delivered everything the day before my event, and their communication was excellent. They sent text message updates a few days before delivery and again on the day of delivery, so I always knew what to expect. After the event, they picked everything up the following day, making the entire process completely stress-free. Everything was so easy from start to finish. Excellent experience from start to finish! The chair rental process was simple, the chairs were clean, sturdy, and arrived exactly earlier than expected! Delivery and pickup were on time, and the customer service was friendly and professional. Everything helped make our event run smoothly.
